The mission of the Youth clubs of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is to provide a carefully designed program of activities that will enhance young girls and ladies through mind, body, and spirit through community, academic, and personal development programs as they work within their various communities to help others excel.

These young ladies are willing to strive toward the high ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., demonstrate potential for leadership and willing to work as a part of a group. Each group participates in age-appropriate community service activities. Additionally, they participate in activities focused on cultural awareness  throughout the year. These programs give youth an opportunity to have fun and learn about things that are important to them.
