New Crossing Bride Cascade’s Park

Capital Cascades Crossing Bridge, which connects Cascades Park to FAMU Way, was officially opened Monday night. The bridge has a landing at the corner of South Adams and West Van Buren streets where the ceremony took place. The opening allows residents to walk or bike to work, entertainment and shopping using this facility as Downtown, FSU, College Town, Gaines Street, FAMU, Railroad Square and Lafayette Street are all accessible from the a multi-use trail, which is connected by the bridge.
