Special to the Outlook

Indelible, one of the nation’s fastest-growing management consulting firms, has hired Chris Wade to serve as Chief Information Officer and President of the organization’s Technology Solutions practice.

In this role, Wade will navigate all internal information technology operations and initiatives, while directing the life cycle and expansion of this practice. Wade spent 25 years working at the executive level in both the private and public sectors, making him well-equipped to continue positioning Indelible as an industry leader in technology.

“Most of my career has been spent positively transforming the way government entities do business. I’ve led high-level organizations through technological change that was necessary to the success of multiple million-dollar projects,” said Wade. “In this new role, I can take all of my lessons learned and apply them to help Indelible grow.”

Prior to joining Indelible, Wade led numerous IT transformation initiatives for government clients, including licensing and regulatory, health and human services, and legal entities. Wade’s career includes leadership roles at prestige organizations such as NTT DATA, Ernest & Young, KPMG, Accenture, and more.

In support of Wade, Lance Kerwin will serve as the Vice President of Technology Solutions. Kerwin brings nearly three decades of experience in leadership management, risk management, and technology transformation. Previously, he held executive roles in multiple state departments including the Florida Office of Early Learning, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, Florida Department of Revenue, and more. Kerwin also has extensive experience working with the private sector at organizations such as KPMG, Walt Disney Company, and Marriott International.

“I’ve known of Indelible since its inception, which is why joining the team at this moment of growth and contributing to its overall vision is so special to me,” said Kerwin.  “I’m looking forward to bringing my experience working with analytics and management consulting firms to the table in this role.”
