Capital City Chamber of Commerce marks 30 years of excellence

Capital City Chamber of Commerce is celebrating three decades of unwavering commitment to economic development and community empowerment in the North Florida area.

One of the celebration events is an anniversary dinner, which will be held on April 26 at 5:30 p.m. in the FSU Alumni Center located at 1030 West Tennessee St. Guest speakers will include Tallahassee’s former city manager Anita Favors, and former congressman Al Lawson.

Founded in 1994, the CCC has emerged as a dynamic force in the region’s economic landscape, cultivating robust connections with both public and private entities. With a legacy of identifying lucrative procurement opportunities, the CCC boasts a board comprised of seasoned professionals with diverse expertise from major markets, engaging not only regionally but on a national scale.

As the preeminent organization for business development and community outreach, the CCC stands as a beacon of support for underserved small businesses. Through dedicated initiatives in education, certification, and facilitating access to contracting opportunities and capital, the CCC has significantly contributes to the growth and success of countless enterprises.

To mark this significant milestone, the Capital City Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a series of celebratory events throughout the year.
